The company

RockFi is a French private wealth management fintech founded in 2024.
RockFi has raised €22m in a Series A funding round, led by Varsity, Didier Valet’s fund, and Partech, alongside business angels including Pennylane co-founders Arthur Waller and Félix Blossier.
Since June 2026, RockFi has been collaborating with BlackRock, which provides the firm with macro insights and model portfolios.

RockFi has 37 private advisors, each introduced individually on our Advisors page.
They are former private bankers and professionals from Family Offices and wealth management firms.
RockFi advisors are located in 18 cities across France.

RockFi’s advisory services are remunerated via a fixed annual rate applied to assets under management, averaging around 1%. The rate is agreed upon with the client before any commitment is made.
The rate does not change based on the products recommended; the amount in euros tracks the value of assets under management. Example: for €500,000 in assets at a rate of 1%, the annual fee is €5,000.
Fees are deducted once a year from assets and are visible in the RockFi app.
Funds (OEICs, ETFs) are selected as clean share classes: their fees remunerate the management company only.

RockFi supports clients with financial assets starting from €250,000, with no upper limit.

Open architecture: over 40 partner asset management firms and insurers, with more than 3,000 listed solutions.
French and Luxembourg life insurance, capitalisation contracts, securities accounts, PEA, private equity, structured products, SCPI and club deals.

RockFi is registered with ORIAS under number 23004556 as a financial investment advisor and insurance broker.
RockFi is regulated by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) and the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR).
RockFi is a member of Anacofi, under number E010552.
